Italian salad
A cold preparation to hot days.
- 100 g of green beans
- 100 g of beet
- 100 g carrots
- 100 g peas
- 4 tomatoes
- 4 eggs
- dill
- mayonnaise
- mustard
- pepper
- salt
- sardines
Instructions
Boil the same amount, but separate, carrots, green beans and beets, cut into quarter slices.
When the vegetables are cooked, cut pieces and then add the tomatoes, peas, boiled eggs and chopped dill. Cut the tomatoes and sliced eggs.
Mix the vegetables with the mayonnaise and mustard and add a little salt and pepper.
Garnish with mayonnaise and sardines.
