The potato salad "a la rus"

Often used to prepare appetizers with egg, fish or meat.
  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 200 g carrots
  • 200 g peas
  • 100 g of green beans
  • 300 g of maionesa
  • 200 g of cucumber pickles
  • 50 g mustard
  • 1 g of pepper
  • parsley
  • salt
  • eggs
Instructions

Boil carrots and potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes.
Add the cooked beans and chopped peas, parsley, mayonnaise and mustard then.

Adjust salt and pepper and chopped mix bien.Ponga mixture into a bowl and cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

Garnish with mayonnaise, chopped vegetables and eggs, arranged in different ways.
