Brine of gray mullet
Perfect for those who hate fish bones.
- a large gray mullet
- lemon juice
- garlic
- olive oil
- a pepper
- green onions
- parsley
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- thyme
- vinegar
- salt
Instructions
Clean the fish, rinse and then portioneaza. Each piece is rubbed over with salt, drizzle with lemon juice and then put on hot grill.
Prepare a brine of boiling water, garlic, tomatoes, thyme and vinegar. Finally add the oil, chopped onion and pepper.
When fish is ready to put in a bowl, add chopped parsley, bay leaf and brine and then let rest 15 minutes.
Serve with polenta and hot pepper.
