Easter bread with chocolate

A dessert for Easter day.
  • For crust:
  • 250g flour
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 100g margarine
  • 100g milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons orange peel
  • For cream cheese:
  • 500g cheese
  • 200g powdered sugar
  • 50g margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons semolina
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • raisins
  • For glaze:
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 25g margarine
Instructions

For the dough: Rub foam margarine with powdered sugar, add cocoa, egg, milk, orange peel and flour mixed with baking powder. Mix everything well.


2 / 3 of this mixture is put in the form of Pascal greased with oil and wallpaper with flour and place in oven heated. Bake at medium heat until slightly stiff. Meanwhile prepare the cream cheese.

For cream cheese: Cheese is split very well rubbed with sugar and yolks. Add the semolina, flour, raisins, vanilla, margarine and mix well spuma.Se finally beaten egg whites from the bottom up.

When the baked dough is firm enough, remove and add cream cheese and put the remaining cheese over dough. They give everything in the oven until the edges off. When ready to let it cool.

For the glaze: Place all ingredients in a pannikin and bring to simmer. Stir constantly until it becomes a thicker cream.

Warm glaze pour over bread and spread with cold knife blade moistened in cold water.

Cut thin slices and serve as dessert.
