Lamb's liver with bacon and cheese
Delicious and perfect for an appetizer.
- 500g lamb's liver
- 200g grated cheese
- sliced bacon
- 5 cloves garlic
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
Lamb's liver cut into pieces as apple finger then washed thoroughly and put to drain.
After about 10 minutes, rub with garlic, salt and pepper.
After being seasoned, liver pieces pass through the grated cheese and then wrapped in a slice of bacon.
It is attached with a toothpick then placed in a tray covered with baking paper and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve warm, perhaps with garlic and yogurt sauce.
