Chicken legs with chilli and coriander

It's grilled with a sweet-spicy taste.
  • 1 kg chicken legs
  • 100ml soy sauce
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons coriander
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, oil, chopped chilli and ground coriander.

Put chicken thighs in the marinade and let it rest for an hour.

When done, remove the stain and place on hot grill. Cover and leave to fry for 45 min.

Before serving, meat, drizzle with marinade and add pepper and coriander.
