Cream of sardines

A very fine and delicious cream.
  • 200 g of sardines
  • 200 g butter
  • 4 egg yolks
  • lemon
Instructions

Sardines and cooked egg yolks, one passes through the meat grinder.

Add butter and lemon juice.

This preparation is used for sandwiches and snacks.
