Pasta of herring

It is a paste that can be prepared with the smooth (mullet), anchovies or sardines.
  • 200 g of herring
  • 200g of lard
  • 100g chopped onion
Instructions

Clean herring, washed, and then go through a meat grinder with a fine sieve.

Add butter and onion and spend again in the meat grinder.

Obtienida cream is mixed with the wooden spoon 3-5 minutes more.

This cream is used for filling eggs and sandwiches.
